How do I reserve the guest suite?
Please visit our Concierge at the front desk, call 617-277-1443 or fill out our Guest Suite Reservation online form. The online form can be found by going to Tenant Access and clicking on 1443 Beacon Street. The rate is $95 per night and the invoice must be fully paid before check-in.
How do I rent an overnight parking space for my guest?
Please visit our Concierge at the front desk. Overnight parking is $15 a night for guests of our apartment residents and must be paid at the time of the reservation. We accept exact change in cash or a personal check made payable to B.A.L.P.
How do I reserve the grill?
Please visit our Concierge at the front desk, call 617-277-1443 or fill out our online Grill Sign-Up form. The online form can be found by going to Tenant Access and clicking on 1443 Beacon Street. The grill may be reserved from 11am to 8:30 pm for a 2 hour limit. For specific instructions on how to operate the grill, please see our Concierge.
When is the pool open?
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The hours are 12pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday and 10am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Are there social activities in the building?
Yes, the building has social activities in the clubroom. Some activities include: Yoga & Pilates, Crochet & Knitting, and Game Night. Please feel free to stop by the Concierge desk and suggest new activities. You can also find updates regarding our building activities by going to Tenant Access and clicking on 1443 Beacon Street.
Residents can also enjoy our catered Holiday Party in December and Pool Party in July.
What do I do if I get locked out of my apartment?
If you are locked out after hours and the Concierge on duty does not have access to the main office, please have the Concierge call the locksmith. There is a $100.00 lockout fee, which is charged for each occurrence. This fee must be paid by the apartment home resident to the locksmith prior to re-entering your apartment.
What are the hours of the management office?
The management office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm.
How do I reserve the clubroom?
The clubroom is available for apartment residents to rent for private functions for $50.00 per hour. Please visit our Concierge at the front desk to reserve the clubroom or fill out our Clubroom Reservation online form by going to Tenant Access and clicking on 1443 Beacon Street. In addition, use of the catering kitchen located off of the clubroom is available to apartment residents during the time of clubroom rental.
How do I report a service request for my rental apartment?

- One of our team members will respond within 48 hours of your request. Requests submitted during the weekend or on national holidays will be reviewed on the following business day.

How long will it take for a request to be completed?
Our service team will acknowledge your service request within 48 hours, and if no parts are required, the request will be resolved within one week.
What do I do if there is a maintenance emergency in my apartment?
Please contact the Concierge at the front desk immediately at 617-277-1443, and your emergency will be handled with top priority.
Are there extra storage areas in the building?
There are a limited number of storage boxes available for rent to our apartment home residents at the rate of $20 per month. Contact the Concierge desk at 617-277-1443 if you would like more information.
Can I have a pet in the building?
We do not allow pets.
Is there Dry Cleaning Valet services?
Yes. Sydney Associates is pleased to assist Fabriclene Dry Cleaning in providing our apartment residents with this convenient door-to-door service. Please call Fabriclene at 617-566-8154 to set up your personal account. Our Concierge will be happy to hold your dry cleaning before pick-up and after drop-off.
Is there package acceptance?
Our Concierge will be happy to accept parcels for apartment residents delivered by UPS, Federal Express or other delivery services. Your permission must be given in advance by signing a “package acceptance form” for the Concierge to accept your packages.
Is there full-time parking available?
Yes. We have card-accessed underground reserved parking available for our apartment home residents at the rate of $250 per month per space.
What are the hours for the Fitness Room and where is it located?
The Fitness Room is located on the second floor and it is open 7 days a week from 6 A.M. to 10 P.M.
Does the building have quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10 P.M to 6 A.M.
